About Us

SPINNING:

We have different types of Ring, Open-End, Compact, Siro and Twisting spinning machines to produce all kinds of cotton, chemical fiber pure spinning and blended yarns, such as pure Cotton, pure Chemical Fiber, Polyester-Viscose, Polyester-Cotton, Cotton-Bamboo, Cotton-Formotex, Cotton-Model, Cotton-Tencel yarns, from 5s to 200s.

WEAVING:

Based on advanced weaving machines such Picanol Rapier, Picanol Jet, Toyota Jet, Tsudakoma, etc., we can produce more than 3000 kinds of fabric. Including Percale, Sateen, Dobby, Jacquard, Denim, high-density of various types of pure Cotton, Polyester Cotton, Hemp Cotton and Tencel, Modal, Soybean fiber, Bamboo fiber, Silk Cotton blended and various new fiber blended fabrics, Width from 47″ to 135″, thread Count from 90 to 1800, Weight from 40 to 650 GSM.

DYEING AND PRINTING:

Our company pays special attention to the requirements of environmental protection and OEKO-TEX100 in the selection of dyeing chemicals and additives. We use Dyes, Brighteners, Non-Iron and Teflon agents from Ciba, Huntsman, Tanatex, Dystar, Clariant, BASF and Zschimmer. We passed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Green Certification and GOTS Organic Cotton Certification in 2008, and obtained STeP certification in 2017.

STITCHING:

Our factory has 7,400 square meters standardized workshops and 500 sets most advanced equipment of the world, including 300 computerized stitching machines, 3 single needle quilting machines, 3 multi-needle quilting machines, 2 embroidery machines and 200 other special equipment. We have daily 20,000 pieces and annual output of 7 million pieces production capacities, includes Bedding Sets, Bed Sheets, Duvet Covers, Bedspreads, Mattresses Protectors, Pillowcases, Quilts, Curtains and other products.
